Tell Me More About the Coaching Arrangement

Most coaching is done in groups.
The groups vary in size from about 6 to 12 at the most.
Coaching groups convene once a month in two-hour sessions. In the two-hour sessions, about ninety minutes is spent with the coach speaking to the group about the topic at hand, then approximately the last twenty-thirty minutes is dedicated to an open-ended question and answer time.
Every person in the group will be given an opportunity to ask clarifying questions as the session unfolds. Coaching is done via personal computer through a Skype conference call. Special arrangements will be made for participants who do not have access to a personal computer. These sessions are open to international participation. You might well be online with someone from the UK or New Zealand as well as a leader from Nebraska.
Before each coaching session, an assignment is given via email with plenty of time to complete the work. It may be a book to read or listen to via your iPod. It could involve journaling on an assigned topic. The assignments are not time-consuming, but they are designed to be thought-provoking. Between the monthly sessions you will have access to coaching contact by email or phone.
